Resixa provides software tools designed to help property managers, building staff, and residents manage building operations such as packages, maintenance requests, announcements, documents, reservations, and related services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You agree that:

• The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Resixa is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from failure to safeguard your credentials.

3. Organization Accounts

The Service may be used by property management organizations, condominium boards, or building administrators ("Organizations").

Organizations are responsible for:

• Managing resident accounts
• Assigning user roles and permissions
• Ensuring that uploaded information is accurate and lawful

Resixa does not verify the accuracy of building data entered by Organizations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Access data belonging to other users without authorization
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform

Resixa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. User Content

Users and Organizations may upload information including:

• resident profiles
• package records
• maintenance requests
• announcements
• documents and images

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

However, by uploading content you grant Resixa a limited license to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

6. Service Availability

Resixa strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• maintenance
• infrastructure issues
• security updates
• events outside our control

Resixa is not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

7. Data Security

Resixa implements reasonable security measures including encryption, access controls, and secure authentication mechanisms.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security. By using the Service you acknowledge that internet-based services carry inherent security risks.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Organizations that subscribe to paid plans agree to:

• payment obligations are not met

Organizations may terminate their account by contacting support.

Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked and data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Resixa platform, including its software, interface design, branding, and content, is the property of Resixa and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resixa shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages

• business interruption
• loss of profits

arising from the use of the Service.
